As this new year begins, I am still in deep gratitude, and still reflecting on what Life wants to express through me in this next cycle.

2025 was a year of profound transition in the truest sense. It marked the closing of a chapter in my life and brought with it deep learning, inner maturation, and clarity. I am grateful for what it asked of me, and for what it helped me see and feel that finally wanted to surface.

Once again, I was reminded of something fundamental: our perception determines how we experience life.

On an individual level, even after almost a decade of deep inner and spiritual development, the process of shedding old ways of seeing and being that no longer serve feels very much like cycles in nature. Not always easy or pleasant, but deeply formative.

On a collective level, we can clearly witness a world still shaped by mechanistic, power-over, overly patriarchal, and extractive paradigms.

These ways of organizing life are increasingly being questioned, yet they still strongly influence how we relate, lead, and design systems.

As we enter a new year, I believe intentionality is essential. Intentionality in undoing conditioned ways of seeing. Intentionality in training our minds toward clarity rather than fear.

Real change begins from within. With perception. With identity. With the relationship between mind and heart. In a world that often feels mechanistic and soulless, it is clear that we need a change in direction, and more wisdom guiding our choices.

This invites us to address what I see as a vertical dimension of life: who we are in the space of what happens. Everything we do is infused with the consciousness from which we act. When we cultivate inner alignment, calm, and coherence, our actions naturally begin to reflect that.

Every choice matters. How we relate. How we lead. How we design systems. How we treat the Earth and one another.

When we tend what lies within us, we create the conditions for our roots to grow deep.

Real transformation does not begin with doing more, but with coming home. Allowing the heart to open rather than contract. Choosing integrity, care, and responsibility in very practical ways.

Coming home to who we truly are. To our inner compass. To our values. To the deeper intelligence that lives in the heart, the body, and our relationship with life itself.

From there, our choices and leadership naturally shift, because we care.

In a world that is constantly chasing what is next, deepening what is already alive within us becomes a radical act of conscious and sacred activism. Each time we choose to open our hearts, we open a wider field of possibility, for connection, for healing, and for meaningful change in our world and our relationship with nature.

As we begin this year, I am drawn again to a quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson that feels especially timely:

“What lies behind us, and what lies before us are tiny matters to what lies within us.”

I recently reflected on this quote in another article , where I explored the integration of a wise mind with heart intelligence, and how, when embodied, wisdom becomes a way of being.

It feels meaningful to return to this as we begin a new cycle, much like the rosebud becoming the rose in her own rhythm and time.

Despite the loud and often heavy headlines, it is uplifting to witness quieter, hopeful initiatives emerging everywhere. I take this as a sign of forward movement and renewed momentum for humanity.

May this year mark a movement toward greater unity, compassion, and coherence, guided by heart intelligence.

I wish you a year of clarity, kindness, belonging, and the courage to live from what is most true to you.

I look forward to renewed connections and conversations with those who sense that another way of being, living, collaborating, and leading is already unfolding.

Where heart, Nature Wisdom and soul converge

Everything is crumbling in these upside down times – ecologically, socially, politically, spiritually, creating more division and loss of trust.

The question is: are you shifting with Life, or exhausting yourself by resisting?

It is clear, the old world is falling away. A new one is emerging. What appears depends on the consciousness we bring to these moments. That is our common work.

For many years, I’ve walked a quiet, healing and intimate path of awakening – sitting with fear and uncertainty. Coming out of a life that didn’t fit anymore.

I’ve learned to embrace not knowing and hold both: the masculine drive to build and the feminine wisdom to listen, while answering the ancestral call to remember and return home into belonging and harmony with Self and Earth – into sacred relationship with Life itself. My path found me. Only years later I realized this is the elixir my soul was looking for.

Along the way, I discovered essential truths. Some I share in short here:

1. Change begins within. To transform the world outside, we must first transform the structure of our own being. That is a process. And the majority still wants quick fixes.

2. The divisions we’ve been taught come from the same level of thinking that created them. Reason vs. intuition, sensitivity vs. strength, uniformity vs. diversity, striving vs. being, progress vs. nature – these are not just ideas. They are the consciousness that created our problems, our suffering, our crisis.

3. And another unshakable realization followed: We are not alone. I learned over years to be in deep loving relationship with Life, her beings, her energies and dynamics. I learned to connect and live with the deepest essence, intelligences and mysteries of Nature by learning from her directly in my many explorations and solo pilgrimages. I am very aware that this is difficult to understand for those only believing in mechanistic, scientific, linear ways and relying solely on the knowledge of the mind.

Einstein said it best: We cannot solve problems from the same consciousness that created them.

The questions I return to again and again and that help gain clarity are:

Who am I?

Where do I come from?

Who am I becoming?

What is mine to do?

I invite you to reflect on your own journey. How do you contribute to the wellbeing, evolution and joy of your families, communities, workplaces, collaborations, ecology, our Mother Earth, and all living beings?

For those who feel the stirring, who sense there’s another way even when the outer world resists – this is for you.

It is my conviction coming from lived experience: where heart, Nature Wisdom, and soul converge, a new and caring way forward can evolve in this beautiful adventure called Life.

I bridge inner and outer development, modern knowledge and science with ancestral wisdom and universal spirituality, soul with leadership, sustainability with regeneration. I believe these are essential ingredients. It is not either or but AND.

Explorer of inner and outer landscapes, I remember what matters, and reimagine what it means to live, relate, dialogue, lead with true empathy in partnership with the intelligence of All of Life, not separate from it.

Where do you see additional themes that could help us move towards more understanding, unity, peace, and wellbeing for all?

I’d love to hear your reflections and insights on how you are living and leading this great shift in your own communities or circles.

Realities and Resilience

On my third visit to a community near Iquitos in the Peruvian Amazon, the stark realities many women and girls face came into sharper focus. Through my long-term child sponsorship with Plan International, I was once again confronted by the stark realities so many women and girls face. Through my ongoing child sponsorship with Plan International for over a decade, I have been supporting children in Peru, first in Lima and now in the Amazon. Each journey into the communities has offered a window into both hardship and hope.

What I learned was sobering: entrenched gender discrimination, high dropout rates among girls, early pregnancies, gender-based violence, and the weight of cultural and social conditioning that shapes lives from a young age. The so-called “macho” traditions and systemic barriers are not just abstract concepts, they shape lived realities, restricting dreams, opportunities, and futures. You can read more about my visit in the Amazon here.

Yet, amid these challenges, I also saw resilience, love, and determination, especially in the mothers and their children I met. Their resourcefulness and vision, even in the face of adversity, left a profound impression on me as an observer and advocate. These experiences continually remind me how much remains to be done, not only at the level of individual empowerment, but through systemic, structural, educational, and societal transformation.

Change Beyond the Numbers: The Shift Needed for True Transformation

Much has been said about the necessity and importance of women in today’s world. In March, we celebrated International Women’s Day, honoring the strength, achievements, and spirit of over four billion women. Yet, the World Economic Forum’s Global Gender Gap Report 2024 reminds us that true gender parity is still more than 134 years away. Despite decades of progress, women everywhere continue to confront not only personal challenges but also deeply rooted societal imbalances and injustices.

But statistics and policies only tell part of the story.

There is a deeper call beyond equality, a call for transformation that moves past numbers, policy changes, or structural reforms. While many initiatives rightly focus on increasing opportunities and visibility for women, they too often operate within the very paradigms that created imbalance in the first place. True change requires more than inclusion in existing systems. It calls for a fundamental shift in how we relate to power, value, and one another — a return to relational, life-affirming ways of being, leading, and living.

At the heart of this transformation lies something even more essential: the need to reclaim an innate feminine wisdom. This deeper narrative invites us to reweave our understanding of power and presence, and to restore a way of life rooted in connection, belonging, care, and wholeness.

For centuries, society has been shaped by patriarchal systems that emphasize dominance, control, extraction, and hierarchy, systems fueled by an excess of masculine energy and a “power over” mentality. In contrast, feminine wisdom has been suppressed or marginalized, including the intuitive and relational aspects of humanity that honor the interconnectedness and the sacredness of the Living Earth. From business to politics, these systems have constrained the full expression of feminine power and knowing.

This imbalance has led to disconnection, division, oppression, wars, and environmental destruction and more. It not only affects individuals but ripples through organizations, communities, and entire societies. It reinforces control and hierarchical power structures over a connection and living systems view of life, competition over collaboration, conflict over empathy, and short-term gain over long-term regeneration.

So many women, shaped by cultural and societal conditioning, have found themselves caught in this paradigm, striving for success by adopting masculine models of achievement and power. I was one of them. From an early age, women are often encouraged to suppress their innate feminine qualities in order to succeed in male-dominated environments. Likewise, many men have been cut off from their feminine energetic side, limiting their emotional expression and relational capacity.

Over time, I came to understand that true transformation asks us to illuminate a deeper dimension: the spiritual, energetic, and ecosystemic aspects of life; dimensions still too often overlooked or dismissed by mainstream culture.

Restoring balance, wisdom, compassion, and moral leadership in both women and men, grounded in reverence for the Living Earth and for all of life, is essential if we are to co-create a regenerative and harmonious future. Our human story is inseparable from the greater story of the Earth and the Cosmos.

The Deeper Meaning of Authentic Feminine Power

Authentic feminine power is a force for balance and transformation and remains too often misunderstood. Often overlooked in leadership and societal paradigms, even among women. This is not surprising; the feminine domain is subtle and intuitive, not easily defined by the mind, measured or explained by conventional frameworks.

Yet, masculine and feminine energies are not inherently in conflict; they are universal forces, each capable of being expressed in empowered or disempowered ways, depending on our stage of development and cultural context. When one force is suppressed, the balance of creation falters.

True harmony requires both the feminine and the masculine to be in conscious partnership, just as natural ecosystems thrive on balance and diversity. The Andean principle of Yanantin, or the Eastern concept of Yin and Yang, both teach that the interplay of these energies is foundational to life and leadership. The masculine brings protective presence, structure, and action; the feminine offers receptivity, creativity, connection to life’s cycles, flow, and intuition. Spiritual evolution, and the evolution of our societies, requires integration of both, where the masculine provides a container for the feminine’s wisdom to flourish.

As Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee, PhD suggests, in this era of global crisis, the feminine carries the seeds of transformation. To meet today’s urgent challenges, we are called to reawaken to the spiritual power and potential of the feminine. The crises we face, including climate collapse, societal division, and institutional instability, are not simply political or economic. They are deeply spiritual, inviting us to a new consciousness.

Better Understanding Masculine Energy

Masculine energy, in its healthy form, is associated with integrity, strength, offering safety, accountability, and productivity. These are qualities we absolutely need. However, when masculine energy becomes imbalanced or overdriven, as is often the case in today’s culture, it manifests as hyper-competition, emotional avoidance, the pursuit of power for its own sake, as we can witness in today’s times, and a mindset of “me versus them.” This model rewards control and external validation, often at the expense of human lives, empathy, collaboration, and holistic well-being.

Can you recognize these patterns?

And the Feminine: A Deeper Story

Feminine energy, by contrast, is the source of deep inner connection and interconnectedness with Life itself. It embodies nurturance, compassion, intuition, healing, presence and surrendering. In many indigenous traditions, the feminine is revered as the creative force of life, the soul of creation. She is not simply passive, but an active, sacred force that nurtures, heals, and transforms.

Bringing this wisdom into today’s world means harmonizing feminine nurturance with masculine visionary clarity, challenging the dominant paradigms that have favored control and extraction over balance and interconnection.

Now, more than ever, we are not only invited to return to these ancient and primordial knowing, we are called back to our deep connection with our sacred home, Gaia, the Living Earth.

While many women are courageously stepping into their authentic being and power for their own lives and leadership, others are still navigating the deep-rooted, unconscious patterns of cultural conditioning, hidden power blocks and shame-based meaning making that arise from generations of masculine dominance and ancestral trauma embedded in our psyches, cultures, and systems.

Beyond the visible struggle for rights lies the deeper real narrative: the reclamation of the wise feminine — the intuitive, life-honoring wisdom often buried under centuries of suppression.

An Essential Ingredient for Society – Where Ancient Wisdom and Modern Insights Meet

The interplay of feminine and masculine energies is a universal archetypal principle found in many ancient traditions. When in balance, these forces create harmony within both individuals and collectives. The masculine is traditionally associated with structure, direction, and action; the feminine with receptivity, flow, and intuition. Our spiritual and societal evolution depends on integrating both, where the masculine provides the structure for the feminine’s wisdom to unfold.

To deepen our understanding of this necessary balance, I turn to the profound teachings of the millenary Andean philosophy.

In the Andean Cosmovision, there is a sacred principle known as Yanantin, a Quechua term which describes the union of complementary opposites. Classic examples include woman and man, moon and sun, inner and outer, light and dark, and the sacred feminine and sacred masculine. Each pair is integral to creation. Here, the feminine is not merely passive, but an active and powerful force of renewal and transformation.

The principle of complementary duality can be traced back to pre-Inca civilizations and is powerfully embodied in some of the oldest known Andean cultural sites. One of the most striking examples is the ancient archaeological complex of Chavín de Huántar, located in the north-central Andes of Peru. This sacred temple site, considered a birthplace of the Andean tradition, dates back to at least 1,200 BC and reveals the deep roots of these wisdom teachings in the region’s spiritual and cultural life.

The temple’s art, architecture and and encoded spiritual wisdom reflect a profound integration of complementary forces, symbolizing the unity of opposites in service of collective harmony. One of its iconic features, the Black and White Portal, includes columns made of contrasting dark and light stones, each carved with bas-relief images of supernatural beings – one male, one female -representing the dual principle at the heart of Andean cosmology. This architectural design is a striking, physical expression of the sacred complementarity that permeates Andean thought.

Walking the path of the Andean Tradition and Sacred Arts, and apprenticing in Inka Wisdom and the Global Paqo School with revered teachers and Q’ero elders from ancient lineages, I came to a deeper realization: the world is animated by opposing forces and dissimilar energies that, at their essence, are sacred complements in dynamic relationship.

Where modern thought often sees polarity as conflict, the Andean principle of Yanantin offers a different perspective. It reveals unity within polarity and invites us to recognize opposites not as contradictions, but as sacred counterparts. Rooted in the everyday life of the Andean people, this wisdom calls us to honor, integrate, and live the full spectrum of life.

Through embracing opposites, we come to understand that breakdowns can lead to breakthroughs, conflict can uncover peace, and darkness can illuminate the path to light. Yanantin beautifully expresses the harmonious relationship of opposites including the complementary essence of masculine and feminine principles and reminds us that true balance is found not in sameness, but in sacred difference.

Imagine a world—and societies—viewed through this lens.

Similarly, psychological thinkers, such as Carl Jung, have explored the importance of balancing these energies. Jung’s psychological archetypes of anima and animus describe the feminine and masculine aspects within each person. Jung observed how cultural norms pressure men to suppress their feminine qualities and women to suppress their masculine qualities, leading to both psychological and societal imbalance. He taught that psychological wholeness comes from integrating these inner opposites, allowing us to access the full spectrum of human potential. (Jung, The Archetypes and the Collective Unconscious, 1953)

These ancient and modern frameworks converge on a vital truth: healing and transformation require embracing the whole self, bringing feminine and masculine energies into harmony.

When we truly understand and begin to embody this, it transforms not only how we see the world, but also who we are becoming in the process.

Evolving to the Next Level of Consciousness

The absence of feminine qualities in leadership is especially evident in corporate, governmental, and other societal spaces, where the impact is both visible and profound.

In an article I wrote several years ago, I explored the urgent need to integrate feminine qualities into leadership. I argued that traditional, masculine-dominated approaches are no longer sufficient to meet today’s complex, interwoven challenges. What we need is the development of relational agency, the ability to lead from connection, presence, and mutual empowerment.

We are being called to reevaluate what leadership truly means. When we awaken and embody qualities such as intuition, receptivity, inner wisdom, and true self-acceptance, and integrate them with clarity, direction, and structure, we cultivate greater wholeness in ourselves, our leadership, and our communities.

The Dalai Lama has often expressed that the future of the world depends on spiritually empowered women and the men who honor and support them.

Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee beautifully expresses the essential role of the feminine in our collective transformation:

“Feminine qualities belong to both men and women, and they draw us into the depths within us, into the mysteries of the soul whose wisdom is called Sophia. Without the feminine nothing new can be born, nothing new can come into existence. And the mystical feminine holds the key to this work of redemption and transformation.”
— Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee, PhD, The Return of the Feminine and the World Soul

Wise Feminine Leadership is not about replacing one form of power with another; it is about embarking on our own journey of becoming a leader as one that blends heart, body, mind, spirit, and science, and lives from this integration. It invites leaders to cultivate presence, deep listening, real empathy, systemic awareness, and collaboration alongside decisiveness and vision. This places the question to redefine what leadership truly means and how it is expressed.

This way of leadership honors the interconnectedness and diversity of all life and recognizes that true success is measured by the well-being of people and nature, by uniting and integrating differences brought into harmonious partnership, and not only by financial or organizational metrics of endless growth. Like nature that offers unlimited diversity, reminding us there is enough for all to be who we are and to thrive.

The question is not just what we do, but from which consciousness we come from when we act. It is also defined by the capacity to nurture future generations. It is nothing short of an evolutionary leap in consciousness.

Women and men who embody this servant leadership bring a spiritual intelligence that has the power to transform communities, politics, organizations, workplaces, and global systems. They become catalysts for healing divisions and hearts, fostering innovation and play, regeneration and prosperity, and co-creating a more just, sustainable, and joyful world that honors all of Life.

Activating Feminine Intelligence for Personal and Collective Growth

There are many ways to cultivate feminine intelligence and relational power. Living the questions and inquiring commonly held assumptions about self, others and the Spirit of Life or a Higher Power is at its roots.

For me, it also has been a mystical journey of remembering, healing, and returning ever more to my essence. This is a path of reconnecting with the intelligence of the heart and the wisdom of Nature. My lived experiences, pilgrimages to sacred places and nature, near and far, and deep personal and nature insight led me to see the world through entirely new eyes. Once you see, you cannot unsee. And, there is now way back. Further trainings like women-centered coaching, conscious leadership, and ancestral Peruvian traditions and energy medicine have allowed me to experience profound spiritual and personal change and a new way of being along the way.

I’d like to share some practices on how to embrace Feminine Intelligence in daily life that helped and supported me and many others.

Make time for stillness and reflection, allowing the unconscious to surface. On your couch or in nature.

Practice gratitude and appreciation. What you appreciate, appreciates. Notice how your life fills with more ease, peace, and sweetness. Write it down.

Balance action with rest, honoring your rhythms and emotions. Allow it.

Spend time in nature, attuning to its cycles, scents, and sounds. Root and ground yourself deeply into the Earth.

Explore energy and breath work, sacred arts, or other spiritual or nature traditions that resonate with you to deepen your connection to feminine wisdom and the Living Earth.

Trust your intuition, listen to your soul’s inner voice, and make coherent decisions.

Seek out elders and teachers to deepen your understanding.

Inquiry is another essential part of growing inner capacities. I invite you to reflect on how you honor both masculine and feminine energies in your daily life, gently, non-judgemental and compassionately:

What is your relationship with your masculine qualities? What assumptions have you made about them?

What is your relationship with your feminine qualities? What beliefs have you inherited?

Where in your life or leadership might you be called to bring greater balance between these inner forces?

What could become possible if you honored both the stillness and the strength, the intuition and the action, within you?

How can you recover your lost sense of being part of something sacred?

How can you develop respect and compassion for the life of the Earth in all its forms?

What need in the world stirs something deep within you?

How might feminine participation in peace talks influence outcomes?

How can you develop or expand your own feminine capacities?

The Task Ahead: Bringing the Sacred Feminine and Nature Wisdom into Center and Harmonious Balance with the Sacred Masculine

It is essential to bring the Feminine and Nature Wisdom into greater focus, not just as a concept, but as a way of life and a way of leading. I am a strong advocate for this, especially since it is still considered an “outsider” topic in many traditional social and business circles across cultures. By doing so, we step into a new paradigm of wise leadership that values harmony, justice, peace, compassion, interconnectedness, Earth stewardship, and reverence for all of Life.

As we heard from the sacred principle known as Yanantin, the harmonious relationship of complementary opposites, while not originally framed in leadership terms, can be translated into a profound modern expression of leadership as wholeness, rooted in this dynamic interplay.

So what happens when we begin to remember this wisdom and allow ourselves to live it, not just talk about it? What happens when we bring it into our businesses, relationships, communities, and circles of influence? This is where transformation begins, when inner alignment meets outer expression, and courage is guided by deeper knowing.

Perhaps the most revolutionary act today is to reawaken the wise feminine within us – to trust the intelligence of our bodies, our hearts, our interconnectedness with all Life.

If we are to shape a regenerative, life-affirming future, this reclamation of the wise feminine – within us all – is not optional. It is essential.

Yesterday, a memory from August 18, 2018, resurfaced on my Facebook account, bringing back vivid reflections of a profound transformation during my travels through the southern and northern Andes, the Amazon, and along the Pacific coast of Peru.

This journey was life-changing, breaking me open and paving the way for my true calling to emerge. As a half-Peruvian, Peru has always been part of my life and close to my heart, but it was on this journey that I was initiated by Pachamama and Mother Nature herself.

Before this, I was always drawn to the deeper questions of life and the universe, exploring various philosophical and metaphysical approaches. However, the deep experiences during this visit led me to apprentice in Andean Spirituality and Nature Wisdom, and to study shamanic and ceremonial healing arts.

With a background working in the corporate sector, business event marketing, sustainable tourism, and sustainability consulting—along with education in soul-centered leadership, transformational coaching, and systemic facilitation, I now blend contemporary scientific knowledge with ancestral Nature Wisdom teachings. This combination allows me to guide women and change agents through their transitions in a holistic and deep way.

Being deeply connected to this dimension of life has opened doors to reconnection, healing, inner peace, love, growth, and joy, as well as a profound care for all beings and Mother Earth. It empowers us to become compassionate stewards of Earth, humanity, and life, regardless of external circumstances.

I would love to hear from you:
*** What experiences have transformed you on a deep level?
*** How do you integrate personal and spiritual growth into your professional or activist life?

If these themes resonate with you, I invite you to connect with me.

Let’s explore how we can support each other in embracing a more holistic way of being, acting, and leading.

A Day of Celebrating Pachamama

Today, August 1, is the Day of Pachamama, also known as “Día de la Pachamama.” Celebrated in Peruvian and several other Andean communities, this day marks the beginning of traditional Andean festivities dedicated to honoring Pachamama. These celebrations are deeply rooted in the indigenous cultures of the Andean region.

The Significance of Earth Overshoot Day

Interestingly, this year’s Earth Overshoot Day also falls on August 1! This day signifies that humanity’s demand for ecological resources and services within a year has exceeded what Earth can regenerate in that year (Source: Earth Overshoot Day). We are aware that something is drastically imbalanced and that humans are responsible. Today, let’s shine a light on a ceremony that fosters harmonization in our relationship with the Earth and nature.

Cultural Importance of Pachamama Raymi

Pachamama is considered the mother of all living beings, including humans, animals, plants, rivers, and all elements of nature. She is the embodiment of the Earth and the source of all Life, nurturing and sustaining everything within her realm. This belief underscores the deep reverence and respect that the Andean people have for nature, viewing all living beings as interconnected and integral to the balance and harmony of the world. Celebrations and rituals in honor of Pachamama reflect this profound connection and the importance of living in harmony with the natural world.

Pachamama Raymi is a way to give thanks to Pachamama for the blessings received throughout the year, such as the harvest, animals, health, and progress. She is celebrated, honored, acknowledged, and remembered. It is also an opportunity to ask in a measured way for a new year filled with prosperity, abundance, and work for every member of the community. This heartfelt gratitude is an energy that she both takes and receives.

One of the central rituals of the Day of Pachamama involves preparing and offering a despacho, which is a ceremonial offering. This sacred offering is a beautiful, love-infused mandala and symbolizes our reverence for Pachamama, our Earth Mother and the natural world. These offerings (also known as Haywarikuy in Quechua) are prepared in gratitude, love and reciprocity for her abundance. They typically include a variety of items with profound symbolic meaning, such as coca leaves (or leaves in other parts of the world), which are sacred in the Andes, flowers, grains, fruits, sweets, small objects that symbolize different elements of the Earth and mythical symbols. The despacho is then burned, buried in the ground, or given to the waters like river or ocean as an offering to Pachamama.

The Profound Significance of Despacho Offerings

The Day of Pachamama is an important reminder of the traditional knowledge and practices that have been passed down through generations. It highlights the respect and reverence for nature that is intrinsic to Andean cultures and serves as an opportunity to reconnect with the natural world in a meaningful way. Overall, the Day of Pachamama and weeklong festivities are vibrant and spiritually significant celebration that underscores the importance of living in harmony with the Earth and recognizing the vital role that nature plays in sustaining life.

Deep Spiritual Connection

Despacho offerings are much more than just a ritual; they represent a deep spiritual practice that embodies the Andean philosophy of reciprocity and interconnectedness known as “ayni.” This principle emphasizes the profound mutual relationship between humans and nature, where every action is seen as part of a larger, harmonious whole.

The Impact of Despacho Offerings

Preparing an offering for Pachamama with my own hands is a transformative experience of significance for our beloved Gaia, Mother Earth, Pachamama. Creating this beautiful, love-infused mandala, is a meditative and intentional process, and a ceremonial creative art piece. It involves arranging the elements in a specific, harmonious manner. This act itself is a form of prayer and meditation, fostering a deep sense of presence and gratitude. We can feel a powerful connection to Pachamama during this process, as the offering becomes a tangible expression of our heartfelt prayers and intentions.

In the Andes, and for those of us who practice the Andean spiritual path, despachos are not only performed on Pachamama Day but throughout the year for different occasions and intentions.

In these graceful ceremonies, we reestablish a conscious, sacred relationship with Mother Earth, which in turn enhances our spiritual well-being and groundedness.

I am beyond grateful to embrace the enduring wisdom of the Andean traditions and their capacity to enrich my life. Here below I share with you my despacho offering for Pachamamita today, which I gave to my local nature being, the river.

A Way to Reconnect with Nature

As humanity faces the dire consequences of exceeding Earth’s capacity to regenerate—manifesting in climate crises, biodiversity loss, and other critical issues—I believe it is imperative that we cultivate a profound love and reverence for Mother Earth. Only through such deep respect can we consistently choose to act in her interest, restore balance, and ensure a regenerative and sustainable future for all living beings.

Ancient indigenous practices, like these love-infused, Earth-honoring despacho offerings, are highly relevant and necessary in today’s modern, disconnected world. This world is often estranged from the natural world and the sacred dimensions of life. These ceremonies not only provide a conscious and embodied way to reconnect with our Earth Mother, Nature, and Life itself, but also help our Earth Mother heal. They enable us to experience a true sense of interconnectedness and care for her, and in turn, to be healed by her.

As a practitioner of the Andean Tradition, I also offer despacho ceremonial services. If you are interested in learning more or experiencing a traditional reverential millennial ceremony, please reach out.

A Special Day of Celebration

Today, I want to share moments and thoughts from a very special day in my life. It was a day of celebration for Enmanuel, my son born in my heart. We celebrated the end of his school stage, and I couldn’t be happier or prouder for so many things over the years, particularly outside school, and so excited for his new beginnings.

The Gift of a More Holistic Education

There is much to be said about schools, and I am so glad to be able to say that I am very grateful to this institution that integrates a curriculum promoting not only academic learning but also personal development and preparation to face global and social challenges. They have focused on ecological, economic, social, cultural, and political aspects, emphasizing personal responsibility, social learning, and education for sustainable development—values that are incredibly important to me. The attitude of respect and appreciation for the uniqueness of each adolescent has been fundamental to their approach, as it is for me.

The Journey Over the Destination

The celebration was wonderful, with an emotional principal (who openly shed some tears!) and inspiring speeches. One of the phrases that resonated with me the most was when the educational leader reminded the young people that, while they pursue their studies or other endeavors, they should never forget: “It’s not just the goal that matters, but the journey towards it.” I loved her reminder!

These are words I live by, talk about, and teach in my work as a transformational guide, coach, and mentor. It is crucial not to become obsessed with reaching goals without knowing why, without enjoying and learning from the journey. It is essential to stop, reflect, adapt, change, grow, mature, and bloom. In a society so overly focused on doing and achieving, these words remind us to consciously incorporate pause and reflection into our lives to move forward with purpose, fulfillment and flourishing.

Growing for a Regenerative Future

I believe that growing and developing our potentials not only is essential for us personally and professionally but also has to prepare us to serve a more regenerative and better world. It is vital that we, particularly young people and young leaders, learn to use new transformative skills, knowledge, whole-self capabilities, and heart intelligence to contribute positively to our families, our communities, our Living Earth, and the world at large.

I feel very blessed with my son and so grateful for life!

A world in a state of permanent crisis and an increasingly charged atmosphere highlights a profound divide from oneself, each other, nature, and core values. The world is crying out for a new humanness, coupled with a desire for rest and quiet, inner and outer peace, and a search for deeper meaning and purpose.

This prompts a critical question: what will it take for us to awaken to the urgency of our collective situation and embrace a more harmonious, kind, peaceful, and thriving existence with each other and the natural world?

Ancient prophetic traditions spoke of a pivotal moment of transition where humanity stands at a crossroads of evolution. This transition marks the collapse of old forms and paradigms, and the emergence of new possibilities—a literal death and rebirth on both individual and collective levels.

Expanding to a Transformative Perspective: From Mind and Matter to Spirit and Soul

The identity crisis of humanity reflects in a world that overemphasises the outer tangible and material aspects of existence, which in turn shape internal experiences. There is a growing recognition of the importance of embracing a more expansive perspective—one that acknowledges the spiritual dimensions of Life. This shift involves moving beyond the limitations of the mind and the material world to explore the realms of spirit and soul. By recognising the spiritual aspect of our existence, we can tap into a source of psychological, emotional, creative, and spiritual power for transformation and positive change.

As renowned spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle reminds us, “Remember that your perception of the world is a reflection of your state of consciousness.” This insightful quote highlights the interconnectedness between our inner state and outer reality, emphasising the importance of cultivating a deeper awareness of our inner being. Sustainable development and human transformation goals will remain unmet without a deeper understanding that there is a Reality beyond the material world, a Universe within.

A transition is unfolding—a broader acknowledgment of the spiritual aspect of personal, planetary, and cosmic existence. Indigenous cultures have long been rich in traditions and spirituality deeply rooted in the natural world. Shamanism, humanity’s oldest spiritual tradition, not only offers a profound understanding of our relationship with nature and unseen forces that shape our reality but provides soul-nurturing and ceremonial healing practices.

Understanding how life functions when aligned with universal laws is attracting notice beyond traditional spiritual communities. This awareness is increasingly integrated into personal growth, leadership, business, and organisational development, signaling a broader openness and general shift in human consciousness across society.

Embedding the spiritual dimension into all areas of life opens us to a spirituality that is not just an elevated concept but a driving force for inspired, engaged action and positive societal change. Spirituality represents the immaterial, the living world, infinite consciousness, and an invisible inner connection beyond individual identity. It connects us with a larger purpose and a Universal Mind or Higher Power, fostering a deeper sense of meaning and fulfillment in life.

There is more to our world than meets the eye, and each of us is on a unique spiritual journey, whether we realise it or not.

“You are not a human being in search of a spiritual experience. You are a spiritual being immersed in human experience.”

This awakening involves exploring the deeper dimensions of our being and rediscovering our wholeness and connection to the Sacredness of Life.

Throughout many years, I have been on a journey of spiritual awakening sparked by a personal crisis marked by cycles of death and rebirth. This ongoing process has fundamentally changed me, expanded my consciousness, and altered my perception of reality in profound ways. It marked the inception of an adventure beyond my wildest imagination, unveiling that there is so much more to us humans than I ever thought possible. Along this path, I encountered avenues for self-redefinition, embarking on a journey of reconnecting with my soul-essence and the vastness of Life.

Through studies of various spiritual paths and these lived experiences, I gained a substantial understanding of the diverse ways in which transformation unfolds. I came to recognize that the evolution of human consciousness is a deeply personal, experiential, embodied, and spiritual matter. Over time, I also learned that spiritual truths, regardless of the tradition, align in many significant ways.

The term ‘spirituality’ still so often triggers discomfort due skepticism towards spiritual concepts, to associations with organised religion, societal norms, fear of the unknown, and commercialisation. However, everything I share transcends religious dogma and speaks more to the universal Truth, expressed in different ways, that underpins various spiritual traditions around the world.

Incorporating Spiritual Intelligence into Leadership, Business and Beyond

In our quest for solutions to the pressing issues of our time, it has become increasingly clear that the problems we face are not merely external but deeply rooted in us, in our individual and our collective consciousness.

I believe that we must also integrate Spiritual Intelligence to live in larger possibility thinking. Just as we exercise our physical bodies, we must also exercise our spiritual, attitudinal muscles to nourish and grow them, becoming more resilient, courageous, creative, kind, and loving.

Many personal and global problems stem from lower levels of consciousness that control our behavior, keeping us trapped consciously and unconsciously in fear-based responses. Albert Einstein’s famous quote reminds us that we can only solve these problems from a higher level of consciousness than the one in which they were created. This necessary shift reflects a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of all things and the importance of aligning our actions with universal principles of harmony, unity, and love. And that, is easier said than done and lived.

We are urged to look beyond the surface of our problems and actions and delve into the spiritual dimensions of our existence. The intersection of business and spirituality is a necessary partnership, much like the convergence of science and spirituality, still holding untapped potential for human evolution and sustainable development, even if the term ‘spirituality’ is not often used in this context due to the reasons mentioned earlier. It offers a new paradigm of leadership and action rooted in wisdom, heart, inner knowing, compassion, and ethical conduct.

“How ‘spiritual’ you are has nothing to do with what you believe but everything to do with your state of consciousness.”

— Eckhart Tolle

Without this transformation, even the most promising social and ecological innovations will be outstripped by a mechanistic, business-as-usual approach, fostering disconnection, health and mental health issues, competition, consumerism, social inequality, and environmental degradation.

Infusing Spiritual Intelligence into everything we do provides a common understanding and unique perspective for a shared caring vision and guidance that prioritizes the well-being and thrivability of all, nurturing a life-centered, regenerative approach.

From leadership transformation development to conscious networked leadership trainings, regenerative initiatives, and mindfulness programs in corporate organisations, there is a growing acceptance and understanding towards integrating spiritual approaches into various aspects of business and organisational development. These initiatives increasingly turn to ancient and indigenous wisdom for guidance on navigating the complexities of the modern world.

This reflects a growing recognition of the profound impact of consciousness, inner development, and personal growth on individual, professional, leadership, and societal challenges. An increasing number of initiatives integrate these elements to address personal, professional, organizational, planetary, and civilizational challenges.

Marc Benioff, the renowned CEO of Salesforce, stated in an interview with GQ Magazine in November 2023 that spirituality is at the top of his hierarchy for staying on track with everything he does.

The Inner Development Goals, a non-profit, open-source initiative, aims to scale inner development to accelerate the work towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Inner MBA conscious leadership training program features neuroscience-backed inner skills taught by leading wisdom teachers, business academics, researchers, neuroscientists, and spiritually conscious CEOs.
The Andean Mystical Tradition as a Path of Development of our Human Consciousness

Amidst all advancements, I want to shine the spotlight on a time-honored source of wisdom and ancient technology that provides an exceptionally potent antidote to the dominant global culture’s separation from Earth and soul, facilitating fundamental evolutionary shifts: the Andean Mystical Tradition. This tradition offers a rich and complex nature-based and soul-animated cosmology, providing profound insights into the nature of reality and our place within it. It fosters a deeper self-awareness of ourselves and the world around us.

The Andean Mystical Tradition, encompassing pre-Columbian and Inka traditions, is rooted in millennia-old indigenous medicine ways and shamanic wisdom teachings. These oral traditions are passed down through generations, imparting deep comprehension of our relationship with Nature, the Cosmos, ourselves, and all our relationships, including Mother Earth—known as Pachamama to millions of people in South America. They emphasise the required transformation of ourselves by opening our hearts and evolving human consciousness, thereby deepening our love for our beloved Pachamama.

Everything is alive, conscious, and living energy. In other words, everything has both physical and energetic components. The Andean Cosmovision is a vast sophisticated system guided by powerful principles of Nature and engages with reality founded on the multidimensional, living system of Nature’s Wisdom, with a profound reverence for Pachamama, our Earth Mother and all of Life. These living traditions offer direct experience with Nature, honor the beauty and mystery of the Cosmos and ourselves, and celebrate the Sacredness of Life. And it is this Sacredness that has been lost in our times.

Our perception of the world profoundly shapes our reality, reflecting our inner state or the internal map we carry. What we identify with will be mirrored to us. To change the world, we must change our perception. The wisdom teachings of the Andean Tradition are a ‘medicine’ that helps us to do exactly that.

“What you value you must want to see. No one can see a world his mind has not accorded value.”

— The Course of Miracles

Shifting our perspective from a purely materialistic, outward worldview to one that acknowledges the spiritual and animated, soulful dimensions of life often involves pragmatic practices. There are various ways to heal the past, address traumas, and work with the ancestral world, helping us re-member our inherent wholeness and retrieve our innate capabilities and place in the world.

This, in consequence, impacts our balance within ourselves, our relationships, and our environment, fostering physical, mental, emotional, and psychic health and harmony within and around us.

Through the power of focused intention, ritualistic soul-infused offerings, prayer, sacred ceremonies, energy medicine work, contemplation, subtle mindfulness and deep communion with the natural world and beyond, medicine men and women like Paqos (Andean Spiritual Priests) and curanderos (Shamanic Healers), are able to work in different ways with living energy, healing artistry and re-connect with the Sacredness of all Creation.

A Sophisticated Knowledge System

The Andean Mystical Tradition provides an understanding of various consciousness levels and offers a structured approach to spiritual and personal development through the Qanchis Pata Ñan, the Quechua words for the Path of Seven Steps, representing the seven levels of psycho-spiritual development. Each step in this framework unveils a new dimension of understanding based on energetic perception, guiding individuals towards higher levels of consciousness and self-awareness. By aligning with the forces of Nature, practitioners of this tradition undergo a lifelong transformative journey of self-discovery, healing, and reconnection with the sacred essence of existence. However, after a certain time of apprenticeship, practice and growth, it is essential that the learned is shared with family and the community.

According to anthropologist and master teacher Juan Nuñez del Prado, who possesses profound knowledge of Andean and Inka spirituality and wisdom through studying with some of the greatest revered masters of millennial lineages, the Andean Tradition aligns with many modern findings and a universal scheme for human consciousness development. Del Prado has researched Andean Traditions alongside Eastern and Western teachings and found significant parallels. For example, the hierarchy of the Path of Seven Steps mirrors Carl G. Jung’s ‘Individuation Process’. In the case of the Andean scale, the spiritual progression is explicit, as it is considered part of a spiritual career.

Today, there are still Elders of the Q’ero Nation alive, high in the Andean mountains—direct descendants of the Inkas and inheritors of an extraordinary, exquisite knowledge system based on Nature Wisdom—who are masters in the Human-Nature relationship and the world of living energy.

The ancestral wisdom of Andean Traditions and Inka Nature Wisdom offers numerous benefits for our times and a new evolved leadership paradigm. Some of them are:

Holistic Perspective of Life: A holistic and experiential approach to Life from lineages deeply connected to Mother Earth and the Cosmos, re-educating us in a reciprocal and loving relationship with Mother Nature moving us towards genuine earth stewardship.

Co-partnership with Nature: Working together with the primordial power of nature, bringing harmony to our physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic bodies, developing direct kinship with humanity, all beings, and the natural world.

Expanded Awareness: Conscious evolution rooted in the opening of the heart, clarity of one’s heart, mind, body, spirit, and the profound connection with fundamental forces of living energy.

Personal Empowerment: Reconnecting to one’s natural birthright of happiness and peace, feel deeply supported, improving one’s ability to empathise, respond, and connect with others.

Enhanced Self-Awareness: Nurturing deep systemic [self]-awareness and inner blooming to step up into a new potent evolutionary Truth of who we are.

Embodied Practice: Visceral experiences and access to a deeper level of inner knowing of a wisdom that expands cognitive meaning-making.

Inner Resilience and Adaptability: Fostering inner strength and a deeper understanding of oneself.

Ethical Decision-Making: Fostering decision making that promote long-term well-being for all living beings, the Earth, and future generations.

The Andean Mystical Tradition is a living tradition and helps us create a holistic worldview that celebrates the Sacredness of Life and the interconnectedness of all things. It helps us heal and redefine ourselves by teaching us how to commune with our true nature and Nature itself. The altars are the very elements of nature: mountains, rivers, oceans, lakes, waterfalls, and caves.

“The way we see the world shapes the way we treat it. This is the challenge, to look at the world from a different perspective.”

— David Suzuki

As a practitioner and waywalker of the Andean Mystical Tradition —I have dedicated myself to apprenticing, studying, practicing, and journeying the path of my Peruvian ancestral heritage, driven by an intense inner calling. Initiated by masters and teachers steeped in the indigenous wisdom of revered unbroken lineages from the Peruvian Andean and Northern Coastal traditions, my journey has been marked by transformative experiences and ever more clarity on why I am here and what I am here to do. Since a profound, life-changing incident many years ago at one of the tallest waterfalls in the world, the enchanting Gocta waterfall in the tropical cloud forest in the upper Amazon basin in Peru, the following quote has held a deeply personal meaning for me:

“Look deep into nature, and you will understand everything better.”

— Albert Einstein

Through these sacred wisdom traditions, I have learned to commune deeply with the natural world, receiving profound insights into the fabric of reality itself. Along this path and through encounters with Nature, I have undergone healing and substantial personal transformation, shedding burdens that all humans carry to some extent, as understood within the teachings of the tradition.

My years of soul exploration have brought both breakdowns and breakthroughs, leading me to see my fellow human beings and the whole world from a different perspective, from the wisdom of Nature within, and a generous and widened heart.

Shifting the Way we Look at the World: An Essential Task to Transform the World

From my own journey, I have learned that the soul-infused path of the heart guides us in understanding our origins and our identity as part of the cosmic-planetary family. To echo the words of Dr. Jean Houston, scholar, philosopher and one of the principal founders of the Human Potential Movement, we are not merely encapsulated bags of skin but spirit embodied.

Expanding our understanding to realise our true human identity as beings made of living energy in a Living Universe allows us to perceive the Sacredness of a Living Earth and All of Life. It enables us to recognise the profound interconnectedness of everything that exists. Above all, this shift in perception has significant implications for our behavior and actions at all levels of society: it inspires us to protect our Mother Earth, care for the natural world and all living beings, extend our care to all people beyond our own social circle, and act on their behalf.

According to Andean and Inka Prophecy, humanity is transitioning from one level of consciousness to a higher one. As I mentioned in an earlier article titled ‘Embracing the Sacred Feminine for a New Leadership Era’ we are in a time of restoring the harmony between human society and Mother Nature referring to this era as Taripaypacha, a reversal of the world and age where humanity has the opportunity to “meet ourselves again”, an encounter and wholesomeness of humanity to a more harmonious and balanced time forging a deeper connection with the world around us by knowing who we are.

So, we must learn to commune with ourselves and Nature to re-member our inherent wholeness and reclaim our place in the world as advocates for All Our Relations and our Earth Mother.

This understanding is not just about acquiring knowledge but a deep process of self-realisation. As long as it only remains an intellectual concept, shifting towards true care for our planet, the natural world, and our fellow human beings will remain an intellectual checklist exercise with incremental results and oftentimes even ‘business as usual’.

It is time to embrace and incorporate additional ways of knowing, including expanding and trusting our inner or subjective insights and personal experiences. This, alongside other future-fit and imaginal skills and capabilities, science, and empirical evidence, is necessary to create better systems for a regenerative future. However, this ‘other way of knowing’ is not yet part of the mainstream agenda in educational, organisational, and leadership development. It’s notable that on McKinsey Talks Talent, leadership was addressed in an episode titled ‘Why so many bad bosses still rise to the top’.

One example for hope-giving, future-ready education is the The r3.0 Educational Transformation Blueprint demonstrating how ‘whole-education’ can foster transformative capacities for regeneration and thrivability, safeguarding the present and future wellbeing of life on Earth. As lead author Dr. Anneloes Smitsman states “…major inner and outer shifts are required in our perspectives, understanding, attitudes, expectations, behaviours, and actions for safeguarding the present and future wellbeing of life on earth.”

Awakening the Leader from Within

A courageous, wise, and caring leadership is urgently needed—one rooted in deep connection with their own heart, Nature, wonder, and awe, daring to dream boldly and be the true change themselves first.

It is very important what we do; however, what truly matters is how we do it—the approach we take in our speech and actions. In other words, it is the consciousness we infuse into what we do that counts. By embracing spiritual, holistic, and regenerative values, we create a strong framework for moral, ethical, and responsible decision-making, leading to positive societal change.

Doing this requires willingness and courage to embark on a journey of personal and spiritual growth, self-discovery, and radical self-responsibility. The importance of slowing down and tuning in—in the midst of all that is going on in our lives and work—cannot be overemphasised.

Harvesting deeper insights

This journey was one of the most heart-opening, enlightning, and significant experiences I’ve ever had while traveling, in addition to all the dazzling nature adventures and wilderness travel delights. As this remarkable outer voyage in Peru came to an end, it became evident that it had also been a meaningful journey into my own inner world.

This intriguing adventure was filled with magnificent diversity and unspoiled nature, breathtaking scenic vistas, mystical encounters, and appreciation for the rich cultural and spiritual heritage. As I immersed myself into the majesty of vast natural wonders like the Andes mountains, forests, Amazon rainforest, mighty rivers, and the grand Pacific Ocean, I connected with the living energies that incredibly nurtured my inner garden harmonising my system.

I experienced joy, laughter, struggles, tears, growth, sharing, sounds, taste, smell, and more. From being present in the moment to being amazed, in awe, or challenged, it was expansive on all levels.

Clearly at times, there were situations that brought me to the edges. I had to stretch way beyond my comfort zone enduring in height and bitter cold, particularly, in the nights, and deep rainforest hikes with no trails, taking up the heat and humidity. Challenging my body in different extreme temperature zones while balancing my mind at the same time taught me to surrender.

The same way I was discovering the world outside consciously, I unavoidably explored a whole sphere inside. I came to realize on this outer adventure that it takes commitment, perseverance, curiosity, courage, and a possibility consciousness to do it. I found a lot of similarities that I came to learn on my inside journey. It was again a testament for me, that we literally are a world unto ourselves, waiting to be discovered if we allow it and take the courage and effort to do so.

“It is by going down into the abyss that we recover the treasures of life. Where you stumble, there lies your treasure.”

Joseph Campbell

Seamlessly coming together

As I mentioned in my first blog, I have been on a still path of personal metamorphosis for many years.

Here on this trip, I could consciously cultivate what I learned and began to embody. I also walked my talk with my consciousness-based practices. Deeply moving interactions with spirit, the wild natural world, meditation, and participation in rites and ceremonies for Pachamama and the Apus were among the heart-opening experiences. In addition, meeting wonderful people, and a host of other encounters tended to my relationship with myself, others, and Mother Earth. My adventurous soul thrived feeling so alive.

What stuck with me was that this journey revealed greater levels of significance and understanding for where I am on my life journey. My path and training in ancient Andean cosmology, energy medicine, and Nature Wisdom teachings is not a coincidence. It also confirmed my strong ties with this land. And I discovered more about my enduring yearning for remote pristine places when exploring natural settings.

As more of the jigsaw puzzle pieces are coming together, the larger picture of my life path is taking shape and making much more sense to me. And my internal GPS is becoming increasingly aligned with my North Star.

For my son this trip uncovered new perspectives as well as he rediscovered his passion for hiking and adventure, geographical and cultural learning and being open to the richness of situations and people that presented to himself.

Renewed commitment and vigor

Instead of going back and carrying on as before, I have been consciously digesting, reflecting, and integrating. I believe that every new experience enriches who we are and offers us the chance to change our perspectives on the world, other people, and how we look at things.

It is quite enlightening to spend time with people in their communities in order to get to know them, learn about their lives, livelihoods, and various realities firsthand. It improves our ability to understand different conditions and problems outside of Western society. It is also an indispensable way to broaden our own horizons and develop empathy for others. And I appreciate very much the opportunity to be able to do these kinds of visits.

I have seen and I know there is a lot to do in Peru. The country is troubled by political unrest, corruption, social inequalities and conflicts, loss of biodiversity and indigenous cultural heritage, and much more. Working towards sustainable and regenerative development is critical for bringing social inclusion and progress, environmental stewardship and conservation of natural habitat, and a regenerative economy.

However, I came to realize through my own inner and outer journey that change starts within us. It involves learning to gradually widen our hearts and be willing to work on ourselves.

“The way we see the world, shapes the way we treat it and we need a more balanced perspective.”

David Suzuki

This journey has strengthened my resolve to follow my heart’s guidance and inner compass. It has catalised my commitment to conscious evolution and to serving as a midwife for transformative growth and development work in organisations, leadership, sustainability and empowerment of women to help facilitate the transition to a more caring and regenerative world based on conscious participation with Nature.

The inner and outward systems of businesses, cultures, institutions, and communities can all be affected in the same way by the lessons of Nature Wisdom. Transformation can happen through working with consciousness, creative intelligence, and the capacity to realise the potential of leaders, women, and people, corporate practices, as well as ways of life.
