Creating a Thrivable World
If we want a new world we must create a new world, and the only one that will really be new will be one that is aligned with love.
Marianne Williamson
What I Stand For
To reshape Earth-human and societal systems with the well-being of all Life at their essence, I believe that leading from the heart, developing a wise mind, and fostering love-ability are at the core. We must expand our response-ability by developing and practicing new ways of seeing, thinking and being. And this is an inside-out process.
Vision
I envision a world where heart-centered and consciousness-based leadership is at the centre of creating collective change to live in a caring, unified and fulfilled society that is in harmony with nature, shares true prosperity and builds value for all.
Mission
To empower visionary women, leaders and change agents dedicated to social change and sustainability to reconnect with their true nature, reclaim inner strength, and step into their own wise leadership for greater impact.
Guiding Values
My values reflect both the inner and outer dimensions of what is true to me. They guide my life, thoughts, actions, collaborative partnerships, and work.
Love
We care sincerely for all Life: humanity, nature, Mother Earth, the cosmos. We believe in deep connection, genuine caring and mutual understanding as a foundation for peace, collaboration, creativity and innovation. We cultivate a culture of compassion, inclusivity, joy and appreciation, and we are committed to our own personal growth and development.
Humankind is an integral part of all Life. We acknowledge the interdependence with one another, all beings, nature, the cosmos and that we are part of a relational whole living system. We realize the intertwined connection between individual and planetary health.
As we navigate our way to answering deep questions and finding new ways, seeking to become that which is required, serving our own, the individual’s and the world’s highest good, we are open, curious and growth oriented, approaching all with a beginner’s mind.
We take this posture of viewing reality with optimism and an evolutionary mindset realising that another story is possible. We know we are co-creators of a future we want and we are passionate for the possible.
A Commitment to Social Impact
Caring for people, planet and conscious evolution of humankind.
We are at a time in humanity when we have incredible tools – and we are being asked to marry these tools with an equivalent transformation of heart.
Jack Kornfield
Global Principles and Frameworks
I am inspired by below mentioned principles and frameworks. They align with my vision and I support them by raising awareness and integrating them in my work in various ways.
Earth Charter
Earth Charter’s document describes an integrated view on the world. It aligns with my ethics. I incorporate Earth Charter values and holistic principles as a guiding framework for my holisitic advisory work towards a more just, fulfilled, regenerative and peaceful world.
Crafted by visionaries over twenty years ago, the Earth Charter is a document with sixteen principles, organized under four pillars, that seek to turn conscience into action. It seeks to inspire in all people a new sense of global interdependence and shared responsibility for the well-being of the whole human family, the greater community of life, and future generations. It is a vision of hope and a call to action. Source Earth Charter

Dear Mother Earth, I bow my head before you as I look deeply and recognize that you are present in me and that I’m a part of you.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
The achievement of the SDGs, a blueprint for prosperity and peace in the world and an action plan for a sustainable world by 2030, crucially depends on bold and transformative steps which are urgently needed.
The problems the SDGs address are highly interrelated and interdependent.
Helping shift the world onto a regenerative and resilient path not only requires everyone’s action but in particular holistic approaches, change in perception of how we see the world and development of inner and outer capacities.
Where I feel we can contribute is:
EARTHwise Constitution for a Planetary Civilization
As signatories of the EARTHwise Constitution for a Planetary Civilization, I support and endorse its purpose to serve as a social contract and compass for uniting humanity through a shared vision and common agreements for our world and future.
It aligns with my intentions as it is an ambitious aim for accelerating the necessary inner and outer civilizational transformations.
Read the constitution, a valuable resource and initiative, here.
Inner Development Goals (IDGs)
I acknowledge and support the new blueprint of the capabilities, qualities and skills that are required to achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Let’s hold a new vision and co-create a future that we aspire for.
We would love to hear from you.
